Job Description:- DIVISION:-

•  Airconditioning & Appliance Service division.

JOB TITLE FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN:-

•  Airconditioners & Home Appliances

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:-

• Attend and Resolve Customer Field Complaints, Troubleshooting, Rectification of all types of Airconditioners & Home Appliances.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:-

• I.T.I IN REFRIGERATION AND AIRCONDITIONING – 2 YEARS, RECOG BY GOVT OF INDIA NCVT.
• DIPLOMA IN REFRIGERATION OR MECHANICAL – 3 Years.

AGE GROUP:-

•  22 To 30 Years.

EXPERIENCE IN YEARS:-

•  Min. 5–10 Years.

WORK AREA EXPERIENCE & OTHER AREA:-

•  Should Have Experience in Trouble Shooting & Installation of VRF/VRV/ PACKAGE /Ducted /Cassette/ Split type Airconditioners/Frost-free Refrigerators/Washing machine/ Cookers/ Dishwashers & small appliances. Trouble Shooting of Central Plant/Chillers and Cold Room Refrigeration

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:–

•  Should have Good Communication skills, Fluency in English Speaking and Writing, added advantage if know Arabic, Gulf Experience will be an added advantage.

BRANDS HANDLED:-

•  GENERAL/CARRIER/DAIKIN/BLUESTAR/LG/SAMSUNG/VEDEOCON/VOLTAS/SIEMENS/BOSCH/WHIRLPOOL/ GENERAL/DAIKIN/CARRIER/BLUE STAR/VOLTAS/LG ETC…

SALARY:- (Basic for 8 Hours)

• R.O 145 -Experience in India.
• R.O 175 -Experience in GCC.

ACCOMMODATION:-

•  Provided by Company.

OVERTIME:-

•  R.O 30 (fixed for 3 Hours)

FOOD:-

•  Provided by Company or Food Allowance 30 R.O

OTHER BENEFITS:-

•  As per Oman Labour Law.
